As part of implementing a compliance strategy, a Compliance Management System (CMS) must be established to ensure ethical and legally compliant conduct within the company. The CMS also serves to prevent and proactively address violations. This objective applies to the management and operations team, all employees, as well as business partners.
A key element of the CMS is the implementation of a web-based internal whistleblowing system.
