This sauna is exclusively available to hotel guests and combines healthy sweating with impressive scenery. The bio sauna offers a mild sauna experience at temperatures of around 55 to 60 °C. Gentle warmth and a pleasantly balanced humidity make it especially easy to tolerate. The infrared barrels combine low-temperature infrared technology with patented lava sand technology. From just 30 °C, pleasant deep warmth develops, gently penetrating the body. Designed as an immersive experience in wooden barrels, this form of heat therapy is particularly well tolerated and provides noticeable relaxation and renewed energy. – Adults Only: Ages 14 and up
