In the steam sauna, you experience soothing, moist heat at comfortable temperatures of up to 65 °C. The warm steam envelops the body, stimulates circulation and promotes blood flow. At the same time, the skin is gently cleansed as the pores open. The humid warmth can also have a beneficial effect on the respiratory system, creating relaxing moments of regeneration and deep breathing.

The Finnish sauna represents the traditional combination of hot, dry air followed by cooling down in our Yin Yang Pool. Alternating between heat and freshness stimulates circulation, supports skin cleansing and strengthens the immune system. At the same time, sauna bathing has a deeply relaxing effect on both body and mind – a proven ritual for everyone who loves intense heat.

In the panorama sauna, you enjoy soothing warmth combined with sweeping views over southern Burgenland. This sauna is exclusively available to hotel guests and combines healthy sweating with impressive scenery. A special highlight is the complimentary signature infusion “Fresh Kick,” offered daily at 1:30 pm – a moment to breathe deeply, warm up and unwind.

The bio sauna offers a mild sauna experience at temperatures of around 55 to 60 °C. Gentle warmth and a pleasantly balanced humidity make it especially easy to tolerate. Ideal for those who prefer relaxed sauna sessions or are looking for a gentle introduction to the world of saunas – calm, soothing and harmonising.

The infrared barrels combine low-temperature infrared technology with patented lava sand technology. From just 30 °C, pleasant deep warmth develops, gently penetrating the body. Designed as an immersive experience in wooden barrels, this form of heat therapy is particularly well tolerated and provides noticeable relaxation and renewed energy.
