Regular apprentice cafés, experienced trainers and personal mentoring accompany you throughout your apprenticeship – including a professional application photo shoot before graduation.
Performance bonuses: Rewards that pay off
Outstanding performance is rewarded with grade bonuses: €150 for excellent vocational school results, €250 for graduating with distinction and €150 for a good final qualification.
Additional bonuses each year: Your success is rewarded annually
With good or excellent results, you’ll receive a dinner voucher at a partner restaurant after your first year of training, and from the second year onwards, a voucher for an overnight stay at a partner hotel.
