This allows us to securely reserve your stay with us and ensure that everything is ready for your getaway.

At the same time, the deposit helps us plan our availability fairly – so that every guest gets exactly what suits them best.

On the day of arrival, your booked room will be available from 3 p.m. The hotel's own areas included in this (Yin Yang Spa + Flüstertherme – adults only from 14 years of age) are also included from 3 p.m. You can enjoy the Stegersbach thermal spa, including the sauna world, from 9 a.m. on the day of arrival. A bathing bag with bathrobe and towel is available at the hotel reception.

On the day of departure, after checking out at 11 a.m., you have free admission to the Stegersbach thermal spa, including the sauna world and bathing bag, for the rest of the day.

Early check-in or late check-out are sometimes available, but subject to availability. We can offer early check-in one day before arrival or late check-out one day before departure for an additional charge of €59 per adult. Children up to the age of 16 are free of charge. We will be happy to note your request when you make your reservation.

Upon arrival, you will receive a voucher for lunch, which you can redeem on the day of arrival if you arrive early, or on the day of departure at the Residenz or Family Restaurant. (Except for room/breakfast or half board – lunch is only included with full board).

From 9:00 a.m., you can immerse yourself in the Therme Stegersbach and already enjoy the sauna world. You will receive a spa bag with a bathrobe and towel at the reception.

Our tip: With the add-on “Stress-Free Start – just right for me…”, you can also use our hotel’s own pools and saunas (from 14 years) from 9:00 a.m. Your spa bag with bathrobe and towel will be waiting for you at the hotel reception before you access your room.

After check-out at 11:00 a.m., you can relax for the rest of the day as a little extra in the Therme Stegersbach and enjoy the sauna world. Simply return the spa bag to the reception after your visit.

Our tip: With the add-on “Peaceful Farewell – just right for me…”, you can continue to enjoy wellness throughout the entire resort – including our Whisper Spa and the Yin Yang Spa (from 14 years), as well as the Therme Stegersbach and its sauna world. Please return the spa bag to the hotel reception before your departure.

Our tip: “Soft Drink Package – just right for me…”. This package can be booked before your check-in and is valid from room access until check-out. It includes all non-alcoholic beverages such as soft drinks, fruit juices and soda water at breakfast, lunch and dinner, conveniently available at our beverage buffets in the Residence and Family Restaurant using your room card.

As a place for young and old, we are prepared for different and individual needs. Whether a baby cot, kettle or night light, we have (almost) everything you need for a relaxing stay. We are happy to provide the required items for the duration of your stay already on your day of arrival as a small extra – simply let us know when making your reservation.

Southern Burgenland is an enchanting landscape where you can slow down and enjoy a touch of authenticity. The idyllic hilly landscape is ideal for long hikes, e-biking and cycling, or running, Nordic walking and golf. We will be happy to provide you with information about the many nature and leisure activities in and around the Allegria Resort at the hotel reception and through our holiday coaches.

In both the Village and Residence areas, we offer dog-friendly double rooms ranging from 25 to 78 square meters. Please note our guidelines: dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, evening bar, wellness or pool areas. However, you are welcome to sit with your four-legged companion in the café.

Clear guidelines apply to dogs in order to ensure the well-being of all guests. Information about other pets such as cats can be obtained directly from our reservations team. They will be happy to advise you personally on the options available.

The Allegria Resort Stegersbach is located in sunny southern Burgenland, near the Styrian–Burgenland border and close to Oberwart. Via the A2 motorway, you can reach us from Vienna (90 minutes) via the Oberwart exit or from Graz (60 minutes) via the Bad Waltersdorf exit.

From Vienna, bus line B01 operated by Verkehrsbetriebe Burgenland takes you to the “P+R Stegersbach” stop. From Graz, you can use bus line B3 of Verkehrsbetriebe Burgenland or the ÖBB. Please travel directly to the “P+R Stegersbach” stop at the main square. As an overnight guest, you have an additional benefit: you receive the Burgenland Card and can travel free of charge by bus from Graz to the “P+R Stegersbach” stop. From there, the most comfortable option is to continue by taxi (see taxi transfer).

When travelling by train, your destination station is “Bad Waltersdorf/Styria”. For the onward journey to the resort, taking a taxi (see taxi transfer) is also recommended.

The BAST (Burgenland shared taxi) takes you directly from the “P+R Stegersbach” stop to the Allegria Resort Stegersbach. Please remember to reserve in advance: +43 800 500 805.

If you prefer a private taxi just for yourself or your group, we recommend the regional taxi company Feiertag. They can be reached at +43 664 4006290 and will take you comfortably and safely at a fixed price from Bad Waltersdorf train station or the “P+R Stegersbach” stop to the Allegria Resort Stegersbach. Please be sure to reserve your taxi transfer at least one day before arrival. Transfer costs must be paid by you.

Every time you stay at Allegria Resort Stegersbach, you automatically collect loyalty points: 3% of your turnover is credited to your guest club account. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are valid for two years.

The Allegria Guest Club offers you the bonus levels Yellow, Pink, Green and Blue, each with additional benefits for every direct booking made via our website or by telephone. If you already had VIP status, you will automatically be upgraded to the appropriate level. Once achieved, your bonus level remains permanent – there is no downgrading.

To ensure you can play at your desired tee time, we recommend booking your tee time and golf cart in advance. You can make your reservation directly when booking your room. When reserving your tee time via the golf reception, please provide your hotel reservation details. You can collect your green fee and golf cart key from the hotel reception.
