Even before your arrival, you can book additional services such as massages, beauty treatments, or a soft drink package. Room equipment such as a baby cot, kettle, or night light can also be requested in advance so that everything is ready for you upon arrival.

After check-out at 11:00 a.m., you can continue to relax in the Therme Stegersbach, including the sauna area (from 14 years), for the rest of the day. Simply return your spa bag to the reception afterward. With an additional add-on, wellness access throughout the entire resort is also possible.

Clear guidelines apply for dogs to ensure the comfort of all guests. Information about other pets, such as cats, can be obtained directly from our reservation team, who will be happy to advise you personally on the available options.

An 18-hole round takes approximately 4 to 4.5 hours. This depends on the occupancy of the different courses, your playing strength, and other individual factors.

YES, you can also play just 9 holes on our Family & Fun course. It is also not necessary to reserve a tee time on the 9-hole course.

You can participate as a guest in most tournaments. Inquire at the golf office or consult our tournament calendar and reserve your tee time in advance.

No, according to the ÖGV course rating, our fairways are classified as "easy", however, due to the integration of the course into the idyllic landscape of southern Burgenland, an exact playing style is necessary.

Nestled in the rolling hills of southern Burgenland, the Golfschaukel course is not flat. Our guests often enjoy walking the southern Burgenland course , but for the Panorama course, we recommend using a golf cart. Please reserve your cart when booking your tee time.

In addition to cash, we also accept credit cards (debit, VISA, Mastercard, Diners) for golf-related expenses such as green fees and cart rentals. If you have specific billing requests, we will be flexible and customer-oriented in this regard as well.

YES! Enjoy a full day on the 45-hole golf course with a DAY green fee. Reserve your tee times in advance.

We won't leave anyone out in the rain either. Our facility offers various shelter options in case of thunderstorms and rain:

• Panoramic route at lanes 2, 5, 7, 16 and 17
• South Burgenland course at lanes 5, 6, 9 (refreshment station) and 14

Up to 1 month prior to arrival: No cancellation fee applies.
From 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the room rate will be charged.
From 1 week prior to arrival: 90% of the room rate will be charged.
On the day of arrival and in the event of early departure: 90% of the room rate will be charged.

Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing.

We would also like to inform you that, pursuant to Section 18 (1) item 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation contracts.

Yes, travel cancellation insurance can be added when booking.

• 2–3 nights: €15.00 per person per night
• 4–7 nights: €12.50 per person per night
• 8 nights or more: €10.00 per person per night
